We currently ship orders across India to all major cities and serviceable pin codes. Delivery availability is subject to courier partner coverage and logistics feasibility.

It is your responsibility to ensure accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and notify us immediately at our customer support email.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing videos/images.
Undelivered Orders
In case of returned or undelivered orders due to reasons not attributable to us, shipping charges shall not be refunded. Reshipment may be arranged at an additional cost.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Return requests, if eligible, may be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
